By accessing, browsing, creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any service on the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our related policies.

2) Definitions

"User" means any individual using the Platform. "Credits" means prepaid usage units that can be consumed for readings on the Platform. "Services" means all features, content, tools, and paid offerings made available by Kundali GPT.

3) User Eligibility and Obligations

You must be legally competent to contract under applicable law. Minors may use the Platform only under parental or guardian supervision. You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, use automated abuse scripts, or engage in unlawful activity.

4) Product and Service Catalogue

Kundali GPT provides astrology-related digital services, including AI-assisted readings and prepaid credit packs. Pack details, pricing, and features are displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

5) Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, if any, may be charged as required by law. Credits are added only after successful payment confirmation through our payment systems. Failed or dropped transactions will not result in credit allocation.

6) Purchase Flow

To purchase a pack, you select a plan, complete checkout, and receive credits after payment confirmation. Purchase records are available in your account profile.

7) Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform content, branding, software, design, text, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Kundali GPT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kundali GPT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.

9) Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, or service availability.

10) Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms, causes abuse or fraud risk, or threatens Platform security or other users. Users may stop using the Platform at any time.

11) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Platform usage.

12) Modification Clause

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
