Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital credit packs purchased on Kundali GPT. As credits are delivered instantly after payment confirmation, cancellations and refunds are reviewed according to the rules below.

  • Order cancellation: Once payment is successful and credits are added, orders cannot be canceled automatically.
  • Failed debit / no credit: If payment is debited but credits are not added, contact us within 3 days with order details. We verify transaction logs and resolve it promptly.
  • Duplicate payment: If duplicate debit is confirmed for the same order intent, we may issue an equivalent credit adjustment or a refund as per payment and banking rules.
  • Refund timeline: For approved refunds, processing is initiated within 5-7 business days. Final credit to source account depends on banking/payment partner turnaround.
  • Misuse and abuse: We reserve the right to deny refund requests where fraud, policy abuse, or chargeback manipulation is detected.
